Online store voge collection is owned by MIAL OÜ (registry code 12732228), located at Paekalda Street 22-48, Lasnamae district, 13628 Tallinn, Harju County

Validity of sales contract, goods and Price Information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store.

Prices for products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer upon placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of delivery of the products. Then the amount of the fee is displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Estonian bank payments
Finnish bank payments
Latvian bank payments
Lithuanian bank payments
Visa / Mastercard card payments
Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the online store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's Bank and credit card information. The agreement enters into force as of the receipt of the amount due to the current account of the online store.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl.delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Options for receiving goods

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options:
* parcel machines (Omniva, Itella SmartPOST, DPD)
• courier service

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are covered by the buyer. The corresponding price information is displayed to the buyer at the selected delivery method when placing the order.

Delivery time
* Shipments within Estonia normally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
* Delivery outside Estonia generally takes place:
* EU countries: 3-7 calendar days
* Outside Europe: 7-21 calendar days, depending on the country of destination and customs procedures

Exceptional cases

In exceptional cases (e.g. increased order volume, holiday periods, customs procedures or delays depending on the carrier), the seller has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.


Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. In such a case, the respective products and services must be listed separately and must comply with the conditions of No. 53 (4) of the law of obligations act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

Use of goods in case of return

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as it is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for other purposes or are present:
* traces of use
* signs of wear
* unpleasant smell (including perfume, smoke, sweat)
* soiling, damage
* removed price tags or product labels

the online store has the right to reduce the amount to be returned according to the decrease in the value of the goods or refuse to return.

Condition of the returned garment

Returnable clothing must be:
* unworked and unwashed
* in original condition
* without odors or signs of use
* with all original labels and price tags

Submission of withdrawal application

To return the goods, the buyer must submit a free-form written notice of his decision to withdraw from the goods by sending an e-mail to the address:

The notification must be sent no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
We recommend stating in an email:
* order number
* buyer name
* name of the returned product
* reason for return (upon request)

Return costs

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application for withdrawal or provide proof that the goods have been delivered to the carrier during this period.

Repayment

The online store will refund to the buyer all fees received under the contract immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the application for withdrawal, after receipt of the returned goods.

The online store has the right to refuse to make a refund as long as:
* the goods have been returned, or
* the buyer has provided a certificate of Return of the goods

depending on which happens first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate for the cost exceeding the standard delivery method.

Wrong price due to error

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store is indicated significantly below the actual market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right of complaint

The online store is responsible for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery of the thing and which becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer within 1 year of the delivery of the thing to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the thing. Refuting the corresponding assumption is the responsibility of the online store.

The online store is not responsible for any defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the online store will refund to the buyer all fees incurred in connection with the sales contract.

The online store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

If the buyer and the online store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be examined and an application can be submitted https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon.the Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. Consideration of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.
